Hello lovelies. It's that time of the month again and I have a few things to share with you! I've just noticed this monthly favourites doesn't contain any make up... Here's the truth. I haven't wore much make up this month. It's been so sunny and wonderfully summery that I didn't want to. I just wanted to experience summer without the bother of make up, so I could feel the summer breeze on my skin. However due to not wearing make up I have been taking very good care of my skin (so I don't look awful all the time). This month has honestly changed my skin and how I understand skincare. I now LOVE taking care of my skin whereas before it was always a chore to me.

Tommy Hilfiger Flip Flops
The. Comfiest. Shoes. Ever. They are like clouds for your feet. Thanks to Nicola for these beautiful shoes! I haven't taken them off all month. I pretty much wear them everywhere which is great for summer because it allows your feet to breathe. And they're pretty. And did I mention they were comfortable?

Body Shop Raspberry Scrub
This is weird. It's like your rubbing raspberry jam all over yourself in the shower only you get a good scrub from it too. It smells like jam. Looks like jam. Feels like jam. Tastes like jam (jk, I didn't eat it... yet...). But omg this stuff is awesome! My skin feels ridiculously soft after using this aaaaand I get to smell fantastic too. I especially like using this before fake tanning- makes it a dream!

Clinique Daily Moisturiser
Like I said, my skin care had a revamp and this has played a key role. I use this morning and night even thought it's formulated to be used in the day. This is just a really great all around moisturiser with SPF. A great one if you are just starting out with skincare!

Kereskin Serum
I had this mini in a GlossyBox and it's been great this month. It's all gone now because I've been taking it everywhere with me this month. I thought that it was just a very good moisturising serum, but apparently it makes your skin brighten and tighten. After using this my skin always felt strangely new a plump- but I've loved it!

Baby Lips Lipbalm in Peach
I've had this lipbalm for a while now but I haven't used it much because it may as well just be a clear lip balm There is no tint fyi, however it smells incredible and is a great base for lipstick. Score.

Diesel Fuel For Life
This was a little purchase from Portugal. I've had this perfume before many moons ago and so it's a very nostalgic scent for me. It's also quite strong and very much a night time scent I think. I'm bad with perfumes so I think if you want to know what it smells like I suggest you go give it a wiff for yourselves, but I love it.

Sorted Food App
Last but not least, Sorted Food (YouTube) have launched an app! I've spent far too much time on this already scouring for recipes and looking through photos. It's like instagram for food, but with recipes. How amazing is that? Go check it out!

Great beauty starts with great personality but also with great skin. Take care of your skin and your skin will take care of you. I'm not much of a skin care buff but I have to admit I'm getting better at it. The key to great skin? Cleansing. Many old wives tales tell us to remove our make up and have a good ol' scrub before bed. I believe I have found the perfect duo for night time cleansing. After only a week of using these pair I have seen the most wonderful change in my skin.
The Body Shop's Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil is great for removing the first layer of make up. Because it is oil based it makes it very easy to breakdown even waterproof mascara without tugging. Make up just slides off the face. Perf. All that's left to do after massaging it into dry skin is to add water and it foams into a cleanser! Awesome.
After washing it all off I cleanse with the Clinique Liquid Facial Soap (mine is formulated for oily skin). This cleanser really digs deep and makes the face feel squeaky clean and the pores as tight as ever. Almost like a new face.
These two are beautifully gentle and work together wonderfully. It makes removing make up so easy and makes it less of a chore. Plus I genuinely feel like I have new skin every night- gotta be good right?

Good morning (or afternoon, or evening..)! For this 'Beauty Tuesday' I am sharing my morning skin care routine with you. I have been using all these products for quite some time now, and my skin has never looked better. You may notice from the picture that there are no 'treatment' items such as face masks or spot removal etc, but that's because I usually use those at night (stick around for my night routine soon :P). These products make my skin feel fresh, clean, plump and ready for the day, so I thought I would share them with you. Before we start, I don't have any major issues with my skin. I don't have acne only a few spots now and again and I occasionally get a bit more oily or dry depending on the season. Other than that my skin is pretty normal, and so these products are aimed for more 'normal' skin, but are worth a try if you like the sound of them.

Soap and Glory: Peaches and Clean*
This is a fairly new item which I've been using since Christmas day. I tend to soak my face in hot water, lather this on my face and wash it off with cold water (to close your pores!). I think it's a nice face wash, not the best I've ever had, the consistency is beautiful like a sort of greek yoghurt, but if you like gel face washes (for oilier skin), this is a no go. It does help to moisturise my skin as it's a creamier consistency and the smell.. oh goooood. So yummy. But it's not as good as the other face wash from Soap and Glory (face soap and clarity).
Olay Essentials: Refreshing Toner
I love using a toner everyday, twice a day. Not a lot of people understand what a toner does, but it has many uses. It can remove excess make up and exfoliate your skin gently, it can help tighten your pores, refresh your skin, rebalances your skin's pH, sometimes moisturises and can help minimise ingrown hairs. I prefer the simple toner, but I need to use this one up. If you're new to toner don't get this one, it may be a bit to heavy for your skin. However, it does everything it should do and I'm quite happy with it.
Superdrug's Naturally Radiant: Brightening Radiance Balm
I have only started using serum within the past couple of months and I cannot believe the difference in my skin. I purchased this just to see if it would brighten my skin, and it did. My skin looks so much healthier and I think it helps my moisturiser sink into my skin too. For such an inexpensive product, this bad boy is well worth it and you only need the tiniest amount! I will soon be trying out the rest of the Naturally Radiant line!
Elizabeth Arden: Daily Moisturising Lotion*
This was in a gift bag given to me from my Nan *awh* and it's really lovely. It's actually great for my skin on a daily basis. It has SPF 15which is great because no matter what the weather we should all be wearing SPF everyday (reduces the appearance of wrinkles and prevents skin damage)! It's quite a light runny texture so it's not too heavy that my foundation is going to slide off my face. Love it.
Origins: Gin Zing Eye Cream
This is the very last product I use in the morning. Recently due to exams and parties I haven't had much sleep at all, and believe me, it shows. I was so surprised to see that after using this, I looked fully rested. I know. What? But seriously, this is my favourite thing ever. It has light reflecting particles in the formula which helps the appearance of brighter under eyes and moisturiser and 'zings' your eyes awake.
