Bombay Salmon Hash | Food ❤

Hello gorgeous foodies.
Loving the pic above? Me too. I made that.
Basically its spicy, potatoey, salmon, eggy goodness that I really wanted to share with you because one serving of this is only 499 calories.
Yeah.

So to make one serving you will need:
  • fry lite
  • 4 new potatoes
  • 1 large carrot
  • quarter of an onion
  • 4 mushrooms
  • salmon
  • natural fat free yoghurt
  • tomato puree
  • egg
Spices:
  • salt
  • chilli
  • tumeri
  • curry
  • cumin
  • black pepper
  • five spice pepper
  • coriander leaf

1. The first thing to do is boil the carrots and the potatoes because they take the longer (around 10 mins). You should be able to cut through them easily, but don't make them mushy.
2. Then fry your salmon. Before slapping it in the pan season it with salt and pepper. Cook it with the skin on to add flavour until it's all flakey and wonderful.

3. Then start frying your mushrooms and onions. When all lovely and brown start adding your spices. Now. I didn't use any specific measurements of the spices I just kept playing with it until it tasted nice- sorry if that's not helpful.

4. When potatoes, carrots and onions are done, put them all in one pan and add the natural yoghurt (not too much, just enough to at as a thick sauce) then to flavour add around a tablespoon of tomato puree!
5. Whilst that's all melting together and heating up start to poach the egg in boiling water with a bit of vinegar. Once the egg has risen from the bottom of the pan scoop it out and allow excess water to be absorbed from some kitchen roll.

6. Serve the hash onto a plate, then place the poached egg on top Sprinkle over some coriander leaf and a touch of black pepper and it's done within 30 minutes.
Lush.

Hope you Enjoyed.
