Bombay Salmon Hash | Food ❤
Hello gorgeous foodies.
Loving the pic above? Me too. I made that.
Basically its spicy, potatoey, salmon, eggy goodness that I really wanted to share with you because one serving of this is only 499 calories.
Yeah.
So to make one serving you will need:
- fry lite
- 4 new potatoes
- 1 large carrot
- quarter of an onion
- 4 mushrooms
- salmon
- natural fat free yoghurt
- tomato puree
- egg
Spices:
- salt
- chilli
- tumeri
- curry
- cumin
- black pepper
- five spice pepper
- coriander leaf
1. The first thing to do is boil the carrots and the potatoes because they take the longer (around 10 mins). You should be able to cut through them easily, but don't make them mushy.
2. Then fry your salmon. Before slapping it in the pan season it with salt and pepper. Cook it with the skin on to add flavour until it's all flakey and wonderful.
3. Then start frying your mushrooms and onions. When all lovely and brown start adding your spices. Now. I didn't use any specific measurements of the spices I just kept playing with it until it tasted nice- sorry if that's not helpful.
4. When potatoes, carrots and onions are done, put them all in one pan and add the natural yoghurt (not too much, just enough to at as a thick sauce) then to flavour add around a tablespoon of tomato puree!
5. Whilst that's all melting together and heating up start to poach the egg in boiling water with a bit of vinegar. Once the egg has risen from the bottom of the pan scoop it out and allow excess water to be absorbed from some kitchen roll.
6. Serve the hash onto a plate, then place the poached egg on top Sprinkle over some coriander leaf and a touch of black pepper and it's done within 30 minutes.
Lush.
Hope you Enjoyed.

The Double Cleanse | Beauty ❤
Great beauty starts with great personality but also with great skin. Take care of your skin and your skin will take care of you. I'm not much of a skin care buff but I have to admit I'm getting better at it. The key to great skin? Cleansing. Many old wives tales tell us to remove our make up and have a good ol' scrub before bed. I believe I have found the perfect duo for night time cleansing. After only a week of using these pair I have seen the most wonderful change in my skin.
The Body Shop's Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil is great for removing the first layer of make up. Because it is oil based it makes it very easy to breakdown even waterproof mascara without tugging. Make up just slides off the face. Perf. All that's left to do after massaging it into dry skin is to add water and it foams into a cleanser! Awesome.
After washing it all off I cleanse with the Clinique Liquid Facial Soap (mine is formulated for oily skin). This cleanser really digs deep and makes the face feel squeaky clean and the pores as tight as ever. Almost like a new face.
These two are beautifully gentle and work together wonderfully. It makes removing make up so easy and makes it less of a chore. Plus I genuinely feel like I have new skin every night- gotta be good right?
I hope you all try the double cleanse!

Looking For Alaska | Life ❤
Wow. Just wow. So my first John Green book was The Fault in Our Stars (obviously) and I loved it, one of the best books I've ever read however, I really do think I love this book more. I don't know why, but I just found myself way more emotionally evolved in this book than TFIOS. I won't spoil it for anyone but I think it's definitely worth a read. It's actually made me sit back and think about life. It made me consider the way I think, act and feel and also consider the bigger picture. And when it comes to love- I was seriously hit hard with emotions. Especially when you notice the detail
In his writting. After reading the book, I just lay on the bed for a while thinking about how it relates to my own life and whilst it doesn't really compare at all, it really does and I think anyone who has read the book will understand that.
I love John Green's work and how his writting reflects his own life experiences and personality. When I read his books I can actually hear his voice in my head talking as crazily and ingeniously as he does in his vlogs.
I loved this book, I hope you will too. Onto the next one! An Ambundance of Katherines.
